Volunteers Needed!

By David Heyd

From short-term projects to long-term commitments, we have meaningful opportunities for volunteers at the ABWE Home Office in Harrisburg, PA. Areas of service include carpentry, maintenance, lawn care, food service, childcare, clerical work, mailing, and media.

Volunteers perform two valuable services in the worldwide ministries of ABWE: they provide expertise in fields where career missionaries may not have training or experience, and they enhance the effectiveness of missionary personnel by offloading functions which would otherwise divert the missionary from the primary focus of the Great Commission.

Additional information is available at the volunteer opportunities page on the ABWE website or by telephone at (717) 774-7000 ext. 501. Questions can also be sent to our email address: volunteer@abwe.org.
